These guidelines help ensure a seamless
experience for all members and guests.

 

Reservations

Court, simulator, class, and event reservations
are subject to the applicable booking and cancellation
policies. Members are encouraged to arrive before their
scheduled session.

 

Members & Guests

Members are welcome to bring guests in accordance
with their membership privileges. Members are responsible
for the conduct of their guests while visiting the club.

 

Equipment & Facilities

Please use all equipment and facilities as intended.
Any damage resulting from misuse may be subject to repair
or replacement charges. Club equipment should remain within
designated areas unless otherwise approved.

 

Footwear & Attire

Clean tennis shoes are required within playing areas.
Appropriate athletic attire should be worn during tennis activities.

 

Respect for Others

Please be mindful of fellow members, guests, coaches, and staff.
Behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment, safety, or comfort of others
may result in suspension of club privileges.

 

Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording are welcome for personal use.
Please respect the privacy of other members and guests when
capturing content.

 

Food & Beverages

Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas.
Please help maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

 

Safety

Members and guests should follow all instructions provided by
club staff regarding equipment use and safety procedures.

 

Club Access

Certain facilities, programs, events, and booking privileges may
vary by membership tier. The club reserves the right to modify
operating hours, services, programs, and access privileges when
necessary.

 

Right of Admission

Unforced 15 reserves the right to refuse entry or suspend access
where conduct is inconsistent with the club environment or these
